Our Mission

SPQ - You Do You Foundation provides blankets to adolescents and young adults going through chemotherapy. We believe that everyone deserves a warm blanket to snuggle up in during their treatment. Our blankets are customizable and specially designed to provide comfort and support to those undergoing cancer treatment.

The SPQ - You Do you Foundation also provides summer Music School Scholarships to two students attending Texas State Summer String Camp and a $3000 scholarship to an incoming Texas State Music student.

As of 1/16/26, 328 blankets have been donated to Cancer Warriors. March is the Foundation's fundraising month, however, donations are greatly appreciated any time of the year.

OUR MISSION

The SPQ You Do You Foundation provides blankets to

adolescents and young adults battling

cancer. We believe that everyone

deserves a warm blanket to snuggle up in during their treatment. Our

blankets are customizable and

specially designed to provide comfort and support to those undergoing cancer

treatment.

The Foundation also provides scholarships to two students

attending Texas State Summer String Camp and a $3000 scholarship to an incoming Texas State Music student yearly.

donated to Cancer Warriors. March is

the Foundation's fundraising month,

however, donations are greatly

appreciated anytime of the year.

SEAN'S JOURNEY

Sean was diagnosed with a Sarcoma cancer in December, 2021. He never bowed and never broke before the beast of his cancer, and said "Death can have me when it earns me." He battled for 14 months before leaving us on March 19th, 2023. He is greatly missed by his parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Sean once said "If I am a bright candle and I'm blown out, you will always remember me for how bright I was at that last moment." We will always remember Sean for his smile, his laughter and his unwavering ability to always think of others until the very end.
